INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT POLICY

GANDULES INC S.A.C, agribusiness company dedicated to the cultivation, processing and export of vegetables and fruits in canning, fresh and frozen processes, is committed to:

  • 1. Satisfy our customers and stakeholders needs, requirements and expectations through quality standards, safety and legality of our products and services; ensuring social, economic and environmental development.
  • 2. Provide safe and healthy working conditions based on hazards identification, continuous risk assessment and control, allowing to reduce occupational security and health risks for collaborators, suppliers and visitors that work in or enter any of our facilities; ensuring an active consultation and participation of their representatives.
  • 3. Comply with the applicable legislation and other requirements voluntarily adopted, related to food safety and security, supply chain, occupational safety and health, human rights, fair and lawful trade in operations.
  • 4. Promote a preventive culture against any illicit act, corruption and bribery in the supply chain, as well as acts of violence, drugs trafficking, terrorism, fraud, sabotage, money laundering, maintaining process integrity.
  • 5. Ensure environmental protection, minimizing significant impacts generated by our activities and services; making rational use of resources and raw materials in order to maximize their efficiency.
  • 6. Develop and maintain solid relationships aimed to improve the quality of work life for our collaborators, their families and our spheres of influence.
  • 7. Promote the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.

This integrated policy is the reference framework for establishing objectives; it will be communicated and disseminated to all the staff of the organization and will be available to all the interested parties.
